The Service

ShopSight provides Shopify analytics and AI-powered insights for Shopify merchants. We connect to your Shopify store via official OAuth integration.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

Subscription and Billing

• Free plan: no payment required
• Starter ($15/month) and Pro ($29/month) plans are billed monthly
• 7-day free trial on paid plans, cancel anytime
• No refunds for partial months

Acceptable Use

You may not use ShopSight to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Access other users' data
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Use the service for any store you do not own or have permission to access

Data and Privacy

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your store data.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

ShopSight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify users by email of significant changes.
