Information We Collect

• Account information: name and email when you sign up
• Shopify store data: orders, products, customers, and revenue data synced from your connected Shopify store
• Usage data: how you interact with the dashboard

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the ShopSight service
• To generate AI-powered insights about your store
• To send weekly digest emails (if enabled)
• To process payments via our billing provider

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

Shopify Data

We access your Shopify store data only with your explicit authorization via Shopify OAuth. We do not sell your store data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Anthropic Claude (AI insights generation)
• Stripe / Lemon Squeezy (payment processing)
• Resend (transactional email)

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days.
